Adoption Questionnaire for Pet Family
Having a pet is not easy, but always worth it
We are delighted to inform you that we have opened up 15 new spots on our 2023 waiting list 🎉. If you are considering adopting a furry friend from us, we invite you to complete our adoption questionnaire below. Our primary goal is to find the perfect match for each pet and prospective owner, and we eagerly anticipate receiving your responses.
This questionnaire also serves as a reference to ensure our kittens are adopted by loving families; rest assured, no information will be disclosed to the public. Kindly allow us 48 hours to carefully review your application. Once your application is approved, a deposit of $300 is required, and this amount will be credited toward the cost of your chosen kitten. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
Upon receiving the deposit, we will provide you with a waiting list contract to sign. This contract outlines the terms and conditions of being on our waiting list. It ensures transparency and clarity in the process for both parties.
As you successfully select your kitten, we will provide you with weekly updates, including photos and videos. We understand that in-person visits are not feasible at the moment due to the ongoing pandemic. However, we warmly welcome the use of FaceTime as an alternative for connecting with our kittens.
